H2O Crankshaft sprocket

I've heated it, lubed it, gear pulled it, brass hammered it, begged it and
cursed it.
Did I miss something?
It seems to be a simple slip fit with a key; same as the timing sprocket and
pulley.
I guess I could use a heavier puller with more persuasive power.
