Remind me to never get another 1600/ or 2000! At least not with a header...or a
long starter....or with a triangle.
Damn! a 1600 with a stock exhaust manifold even with a triangle is SOOO easy.
1/2 hr and you are done!
with a header.....another story.
take off aircleaner, take off fuel lines, take off linkage, take off carbs,
figure out if they are 12 or 13 MM nuts, take off intake manifold,don't forget
those nuts hidden underneath, (thank god there is no heater!!!)
take off header, now finally there is access to remove the starter.
But Guess what! All I have to put in .... is another Long starter.
So, remind me next ime to put one of those small gear reduction thingies in.
