Roadster Seats

I've recently assessed my seats and determine that they are in pretty bad 
shape.  Besides needing covering, the seat itself is pretty bad shape (the 
cushioning).  What options are available to fixing them?  Are replacements 
available?  The rails seem fine so that's good, i guess.
