Time Chains on Partsamerica.com

I was browsing Partsamerica.com for filters and such and came across their 
listing for time chains for my SRL311.  Is this unusual?  Is it just the 
timing gears (Cam and Crank shaft) that are the problem?  When a U20 is 
beginning to rattle (mine isn't) would it help to replace the timing chain?
