I use one. I plumbed the intake manifold with four barbed nipples. A
manometer attached to each nipple. When I'm done synchronizing I plug the
nipples off. What I found is that the carbs can only be adjusted in pairs.
Both of my carbs had one throat with high vacuum and one with low vacuum. I
solved the problem by loosening the butterfly and repositioning. I
ultimately had to bend the throttle shafts with vise grips to get all the
throats even. They are in perfect sync now.
