Your roadster sounds very nice.  The SR20DET swap has been done at least 
twice.  Do a search in the archives for more info.  Also, look for the sites 
that have Mt. Shasta meet pics.  There are lots of neat photos of engine 
swaps (including the SR20DET), as wellas other modifications and even a very 
cool U20 supercharger.
