That's the same engine as Bob Sharp used for the 280ZX twin turbo
race car they built for Paul Newman. I think there's a cutaway drawing
of the car with engine. Everything is standard pushrod V8 design and
they probably used a lot of aftermarket Detroit hardware. 195 hp in a
4 liter engine may not seem like much but there's a lot of low end torque.
A President limousine is a 5000 lbs car.
