Well I shouldn't have been suprised and I should have remeber to tell them
to hand tighten them...this isn't the first time I have had trouble...they
stripped 2 lugs on my 98 Altima I took it back to them so they could see it
and fill out a damage claim and they drove my Altima into a tire rack doing
a 1000 dollars worth of damage
