I have been pretty busy with the roadster since the weekend.
I cut off the right inner fender, cleaned almost all of the paint off
the engine bay, and then tonight I rewelded a new inner fender
panel back on. I had bad rust in the battery tray part. I have a
silver dollar sized rust hole to cut out and weld up in the right rear
inner fender well and a small spot in the floor below the gas pedal.
I am not a welder, but the wire welder I have, seems to help a bit.
I could use a bit more practice. I would say that the welds may not
be pretty but it held together pretty good. Most of them will be
covered up. :-)
