Pat,
I don't disagree with you at all. In this case, I have used the equipment
as has a friend (he lifted a 280z body with the HF collapsable hoist with NO
problems) and I can tell you it is a good piece of equipment. Is it the
same quality that you would get if you bought the equipment that the NASCAR
teams use? I doubt it. Will it work for Joe Homeowner doing some crazy
roadster project in his spare time? Absolutely. All that having been said,
the Arcan unit that I have (made in USA) is better than the HF unit.
