Congratulations on your 66, we are now cousins as I have a 66 also.

A good manual?????? Yeah, right. ROFL. What, you can't speakie Japanese
English?

Funny thing. I went to look for info on the valve springs on the 1600 and
NOTHING is mentioned concerning them. When they discuss changing/lapping
the valves they don't mention you have to take the valve springs off or
about putting them back on. They make no mention of the springs when
dismantling the head BUT they have a whole section about the Rocker
assembly. ROFL
