Speedvision Gets Formula 1!
Stamford, Conn., March 1 Speedvision founder and
CEO Roger Werner announced today that the network
has reached an agreement with Formula One for
exclusive U.S. broadcast rights to the 2001 FIA Formula
1 World Championship season. The cable network has
exclusivity for all races but the U.S. Grand Prix at
Indianapolis, which is expected to be aired also by a
broadcast network to be named.
