According to Brian Long's "Datsun Z, Fairlady to 280Z": 1970 SR311
production
total was 131 and only 92 were exported! Obviously production slowed
greatly
in 1970, so 2000s with a 1970 build date should be pretty rare (the rarest
of
all?). Watch out you 67.5 guys!
However, production of the 1970 model (body) probably began around
July/August 1969 and stopped dead in August 1970. (Z was introduced in
October 1969). Example, my 1970 car #14100 was built in Sept. 1969. Hope
