Hi troops,
I have a request. Can you guys with parts cars look to see if you have
the 90deg conector that attaches the speedo cable to the transmission on
a 68 or so 1600. Inside that fitting is a very small coupling that looks
like a 1" or so peice of speedo cable end. It fits in a slot in the
transmission
and the same in the coupling. If you drop it in the grass as I did you may
never see it again.
I need one asap and they want $60.00 for a replacement. ouch!
I am sure sombody out there has one in a box of spare parts.
If you could put it in an envolope and mail it to me with a bill
for say $10 or $20 dollars you will get your money
