Oil Leak by Dipstick & Others

I have a pretty consistent nagging oil leak that looks like it is coming
from the spot where the dipstick tube goes into the block.  Is this
possible?  Can I pull it out somehow and put some gasket goop around it?  

Oh yeah, also a leaky timing cover, rear seal, and still a leaky
differential cover even though I replaced the seal a few weeks ago.
Argghhh....
