Ken,
POR 15 is great stuff. Your metal has to be slightly rusty for the paint
to properly bond to the steel. If it is bright and shiny you must apply a
material that will etch the metal and allow the POR to adhere properly.

Very important. Follow the instructions. AND unless you want to become a
different color for quite a while, don't get the paint on you. It does NOT
come off people, garage floors, you wife's new volvo, etc.
