Hello All: I didn't see any reason for an upgrade when I installed
the VG30 and I can tell no difference in the stoping ability of the
roadster. I do keep the brakes in good working condition though. I
don't think the engine weighs to much more then the 1600. I measured
the ride height (bottom of front apron to ground) and there was no
difference between the 1600 and after the VG30 was installed. (stock
springs) I guess the roadster is built better than it had to be and
the brakes are really good for a car in it's weight range Maybe
that's part of the reason we like them so much. Bill 66&67spls in
