Nissan changed the pad compound and many of the non-asbestos pads for many
new cars and not so new cars now screetch on stopping. Oh well. Seems the
asbestos acted like a lubricant for the brakes. I have experienced some
stange things w/ the new clutch disks also that are asbestos free.
