Dash out-No power

Hey all-

Really easy one-  I have the dash out of my 67.  I went to start it to do
bodywork outside, it didn't turn over.  I tried grounding the ign
switch-still no results.  What needs hooked up or grounded to get it
rolling?

PS.   Has anyone tried green or red tinted bulbs in the dash gauges to give
a more distinctive glow after dark?
