The guy at The shop in Denton (Auto Start) said the 
starter came from a starter and alternator parts 
wholesaler in dallas called WAI.  He did not want to 
help me get in touch with them.  He said they only sell 
to starter rebuilders that have an account with them.  
The part number is 16210.  I don't know if that is Auto 
Start's part number or if it is a universal number.  His 
catalog showed that part number for a few 310's.  I will 
examine my starter when I get home from work today to 
see if there are any other markings on it.
