Any liquid pump will only "draw" liquid from a certain elevation due to the
vacuum created in the supply line. Domestic water well pumps use a jet type
system to overcome this problem. Anyway, I have the electric hooked up on
the front inner fender but the pump never loses its prime. The reason I
think is that the fuel tank stays pressurized all the time. Every time I've
fueled up there has been pressure escape from the tank. Is this normal for
the tank not to be vented??

My steering arm (No. 53; page 202; chiltons) on my steering box has a lot of
side to side play in it. The diagram shows a bushing (No. 3) and an Oil
Seal (No. 5) that looks like it could be easily replaced if this is the
problem. Also I think the oil has drained past the seal. What oil is used
in the steering box??
Any suggestions and/or experiences would be appreciated.
