Pat, with a 67.5 Solex you have no need for the air injection
block off nozzle.

For the '68-70 roadsters if the air injection equipment is
removed, it leaves a threaded hole ito the cylinder head
exhaust port. While tempting to stuff a common pipe thread
into the hole, you run the risk of damaging the head...
and those plugs will sometimes work out.

What I make is something that looks like...

14mm x 1.5 thread
double step fills in original hole,
to prevent the "coke bottle" effect
that sounds like a bunch of chirping
birds on a U20 Motor.

I've sold some set to R16 owners, but
haven't personally seen how they fit.

These things are custom made, one at
a time.
