Nissan Patrol?

Slightly unrelated, but I thought some in this group might be able to
help...

I have a friend who just bought a 1965 Nissan Patrol 4wd for $600.  It was
running 3 years ago when it was put in the barn, but hasn't moved since
and the engine won't turn.

1.)  What are some things to try to free up the engine?  Remove the plugs
and spray in WD-40?  

2.)  If anyone has any good websites and/or parts suppliers for the Nissan
Patrol, let me know...
