Lads,
I was looking at the frame on Dad's 1500 the other
day.
The front driver's side corner was hit (the fenders
will attest to that). I am not worried about the
fenders. I am worried about the frame.
Will anyone offer advice/experience on dealing with
bent frames. I am sure that a shop could fix it.
Assuming that the shop is reputable and professional
what can be expected?
The "simplest" solution appears to be to cut the frame
(forward of where the fire wall would be) and replace
it, rebuild it with new steel.
