The method that worked for me on my 2000 was to:
1) Jack up the corner of the car with the offending drum
2) Support said corner SOLIDLY with a jackstand
3) Put a 2x4 (approximately 6 ft long, or whatever is handy) between the
wheel studs
4) Apply force to the 2x4 (by hand first - as was pointed out to me when
I offered this bit of advice once before, if you jump on it - and slip -
that could ruin your whole day!)
The advantage here is that you can apply a pretty decent force to the
stuck drum with no fear of denting, dinging or bending anything. The
softer wood is sacrificial.
