Last year my son bought a Probe GT that spent most of its life in Florida with
heavy mylar tinting that wouldn't pass inspection in NJ. After striping it off
we tried almost every solvent we could think of including an expensive can of
3M industrial adhesive remover. The best solvent turned out to be plain old
aceitone, but it still required lots and lots of elbow greese.
