Here's some additional info regarding the Lotus 11 listed on eBay. Provided
by the current owner in response to my asking him for pictures. I have no

1956 LOTUS ELEVEN (Series I) LEMANS (De Dion) S/N207. Has original chassis
plate.
This car has been vintage raced for many years by David Whiteside and then
Nate Johnson.
David Whiteside: During or prior to Mr. Whitesides ownership it is believed
Hutton Motor Racing prepared the car which included blueprinting the engine.
Currently the car is disassembled down to motor components.
Frame: (2) Original is useable with some light repair. Included is a new
frame built by Burt Curtis Engineering and is beautiful.
Engine: FWE 1220cc. S/N 400-41 10835. Was in good operating condition when
removed from car.
Gearbox: MG (useable).
Suspension/steering/brakes: All good, rebuildable.
Body: All panels are aluminum and in very good condition. Included is extra
alloy tail section, cowl and head ferring.
Wire wheels: Chrome, have been rebuilt
Many extra parts included.
The following will be required:
1. New set of gauges
2. Dash panel
3. Seat back
4. 1 pair front springs
5. Radiator
