Well, the +2 is on the road again. The new engine seems to be behaving just
fine, just a little header leak, they seem to warp every once and a while
and I have to grind the flange straight.
Also, I have finally come to the realization that my rear carb is tweaked.
It has been sticky for years, through three different throttle shafts and
two sets of bushings. I'm thinking the casting might be warped. Any ideas?
It runs ok, but needs extra return springs or it won't idle down.
I tried Hylomar to seal the engine up this time, looks like I might have a
tiny drop or two, time will tell.
Time to go drive it some more.
