Clutch Plates

I seem to remember a thread about a year ago about clutch discs.

I didn't save it, and now I need the information.

I have a 3.5 litre V8 Land Rover in need of a clutch.  The pressure plate is
good, but need the disc.

Would someone have the cross part number?  Will a GM fit?  If so, numbers?
