No, that is not the case. Ford purchased Land Rover which included the vast
land which is home to the Heritage centre in Gaydon (and consequently they
own the Heritage Centre now).
The BMH shells are not produced at this site, and therefore were not part of
the deal.
There is an excellent article somewhere in the archives of the BBC's website
that went into detail about how everything _finally_ was to be split up.
