The way I understand it, an Aston was the first 'hatchback', perhaps the 
2/4 model of the 50's.  I bet other list members know more though.
 
As far as econobox, I think an MGB doesn't fit into that class.  I don't 
imagine that econoboxes come with wire wheels as an option.
