Obl. LBC content (sort of): around my part of the world (Capital
District, Eastern NY) a surprisingly popular pastime involves removing
the rusted body from a Jeep/Blazer/Scout/whatever frame and mounting some
sort of passenger car body on same. Over the years, I have seen any
number of Vegas, Impala convertibles and the like done this way, as well
as at least one Spitfire! (And you thought that handling was odd with
swing axles!)
