How does that phrase go :
"It never rains - it pours !!!"

Yesterday I asked the list for information on BMH Midget shells, and today
I get 2 leads for Bugeye shells and 1 Mini shell !!. One of them was a
restoration
project, which the owner never got around to finishing. He had all the body work
done and has been in primer for 4 years in his garage. The other is a similar
story, in which all the bodywork has been completed, and now needs re-assembly.

The Mini has been languishing in some one's back yard for sometime and "he has
been
meaning to get round to fixing it up" for a number of years.

List concensus on BMH shells (and thanks to all who responded) - is to order
it from the UK through one of the supplies and have it shipped over. The
way the pound/dollar has been going, this may be a pretty good deal.

PS - I realize that Bugeye and Spridgets are basiccaly the same car but share
few componenets (ie axle, doors, windscreen, dash etc), but I have been looking
for a winter project for a couple of months now - that is how the whole BMH
shell
topic got started - I have a Midget parts car (with new fenders, hood) and a
whole bunch of Midget parts, that I thought it would be fun to re-shell a Midget
as a winter project.
