Unto All Good Gentles,
Count me in for the SOL T-shirt size Xtra-large (Im economy-
sized) Where do I send the $$?
I got several requests for the dates of the Chicago Historic
Races... How could I have overlooked that TINY detail (gods,
it's hard to get old) The dates are July 22-25... If you call
Road America they can give you the specifics... The best deal
is the whole weekend ticket (used to be $30)...
See you all there!
Re: Jerry@Tr2.com and polising compounds. I found a neat pro-
duct that puts a nifty shine on aluminum. The material is
OUATER. It is a fiberglass wad impregnated with jewelers'
rouge. You need a bunch of elbogrease and some time, however
the final results are striking... It's almost chrome-like.
Almost meaning it allows the character of the alumnium to
shine through. True overtime it will dull, but once shined,
It's not difficult to renew what you already have.
The stuff comes in a white-black and pink "bandaid tin" I
bought it at my local CARQUEST auto-store. The guy there tells
me it's also good for scratched plastic, brass, and anything
metal that will take a shine.
