Triumph rear ends

In answer to John Uphams diff question, I mentioned that I'd once seen
a GT6 with a Datsun 510 diff & half-shafts. That setup ought to be
quite a bit stronger.  Has anyone deen details on such conversions,
or beefing up other IRS Triumph rears, for that matter?

Things that would need to be fitted:
Propeller shaft flange and length.
diff mounting
1/2 shaft lengths/flanges
Wheel/brake hubs (Or swap whole hub even)
