Ian,

The round spacer is listed in the TRF TR250 catalog (which I have
handy) and should also be shown in their TR6 catalog. In any event, the
p/n is 152154.

The reason for using studs instead of bolts is to make sure that you
have the full number of threads engaged in the wishbone. If someone
(not you, but say a PO) decided to use the wrong length bolt, it might
be too long and not tighten properly, or too short and not engage
fully. With a stud, you have full engagement at both ends.

Call Addco and ask them for the JC Whitney part number for the bar you
want. They'll gladly give it to you. Then order the bar from JCW, and
order the urethane bits you want from Addco. 

You might also check out FASPEC and British Parts NW as sources of
urethane bushings.
