OK, then, that means that the answer to the original question
"what's a good solvent for Araldite" is: There ain't any, since
a two-part epoxy polymerizes upon hardening. I have found,
however, that dichloromethane (CH2Cl2) will soften some hardened
epoxies. If you can just soften it up a bit then you might be
able to clean enough of it out to remove that SU needle. <---| Yay! Brit-car
You might try other chlorinated solvents, but because many of | content!
these have toxic properties they are becoming hard to get.
Anybody else found something that will attack a hardened epoxy?
