When starting or shifting my TR250 I get a clunk from the rear end. I got under and checked and the axles and drive shaft feel solid, no sign of play in the U-joints. Because the clunk doesn't always seem to exactly coincide with accelerating or decelerating, could it be one of the rubber suspension mounts? Dare I drive this thing? Would a failing U-joint be easy to spot? Thanks, Larry |
