Winged Jaguar

While waiting at traffic light at lunchtime I had an opportunity to take
a closer look at a V12 Jag sedan.  I couldn't tell whether its wire
wheels were real or simulated but I was surprised to see that the winged
hubs extended outward well beyond the fender flares.  I thought even
decorative protrusions like this were illegal.
