Yea, right. The test light, I mean.

PS- the advantage of this method? - You don't use up a lot of fuses
chasing the problem, and the bulb limits the current, which reduces
the chances of anything overheating. For a minor short, an ammeter
or a lower voltage bulb will be desireable.
