This is for the person who is looking for a Sunbeam Tiger.
I know someone selling one in the south SF Bay Area (Milpitas).
I haven't seen it, but here's some details...
- '64 Tiger
- No engine or tranny
- upholstery shot
- rusty rocker panels
- (rusty/bent passenger fender? I've forgotten)
- Front nose missing. The part where the hood (whoops,
I mean, 'bonnet') latches to the body. I believe that
you can get one of these from an Alpine (and I know of
someone selling an Alpine!)
The car is basically a rolling Tiger without power. The current owner
claims that it's in restorable condition (I know, they all say that :-) ).
He wants to get about $2000 for it.
