Just a quick note, I'll try to write more later. It was amazing. I was just
overwhelmed by all those Triumphs just scooting around everywhere you looked.
And even more amazing, The White Car was not the worst looking one there! It
was a considerable ways from being the best looking car, though. About 280
cars showed up, and there may have been about 275 which looked better than
mine. Wait 'til next year!

There were some problems, but overall the event was quite fun and enjoyable.
I'll have to start planning for next year's convention right away. Another
impressive thing was that there was indeed a new edition of "The Vintage
Triumph" available there, that is like the third in just under a year. Glad
to see the magazine back on track.

Lots of cars, lots of people, lots of fun. I did get to meet a number of
people who had only been email addresses up until now. The drive to and
from was long, about 11 hours each way. I ended up getting the use of a
trailer the night before I left so I towed The White Car there and back again
with the truck. If this keeps up I may need to get a better tow vehicle,
that 2 liter Datsun seems to be straining to pull that load. Naw, next year
I'll *drive* a car to Cincinatti!
