The "new" hot glue is speedgrip by Norton.  Them make it in several cure
times.  Terry is using the 15 minute version.  It's about $25 per tube(s).
1 tube(s) does 1 door - I think.  The gun is about $50.  It's an urethane
adhesive with 2 tubes that mix in the tip.
