The problem with Tire Rack is that they will sell you tires that are at
least one year old (not allowed to be sold by OEM dealers) and up to 5-6
years old. I would be VERY leery of them!

Goodrich T/As are best for originality, but there are mcuh better
performing
 tires available.

Tire Rack has tire rating data on their website. For example,
 http://www.tirerack.com/tires/surveyresults/hpas.jsp

The November 2001 issue of Consumer Reports has results of their tire
tests.
