I just found this stuff that repairs stripped out threads. I tried it and so far it seems to work as advertised. It's called Form-a-Thread from Permatex. You mix 2 parts together, put it in the hole, put some release agent on the bolt and screw it in. After 5 min you take the bolt out, wait 30 minutes and you're done.
