Stock and semi-stock (these two classes are judged on authenticity), IF it is 
a deduction.  According to George Malaska the penalty point deduction is no 
longer on the judging sheet.  It is used, however, to classify which class 
the car goes in.  Did you see his earlier post from 8/26?
