dyno glass

Ok... I have a question on inner door frame I took all panels off the
car, grid and sand blasted all cage ,now we will apply the dyno glass
around the cage should I wait for new roof panel and a pillars before
applying  this stuff or do it now then install the roof and a pillar
please send me the rite way to do this if you were in my shoes....Thank
