Riley,

You don't say what you want to run or how big or small it should be. The
easiest solution is to go to Radio Shack and see what they have on the
shelf. I purchased a 3 or 5A breaker from them years ago. I use it when
I'm trouble shooting electrical problems. Its cheaper than replacing all
those fuses. If they don't have it, try and electrionics supply house.

What is your current gas milage? What has it been? Any significant
difference? Any running/starting problems? Do you smell an unusual
amount of fuel? Do you see any?

On the side of rebuilding it, unless the shaft bushings are very worn,
a rebuild kit costs less than $20, consists mostly of gaskets, and you
can rebuild the carb. in about 1hr. It isn't really that difficult.
