uh, yes and no. It seems that the D-16 that was shipped to the US in a
Stock 89-91 Civic SI was exclusive to the US. The domestic market Civic
SI or SIR was w/ a double cam ZC motor, so no, you can't get the stocker
from Japan. OTOH, the ZC would be real fun, jsut not elegible for the
class Peter and friends want to run.
