I don't know of SFR having supplemental regulations
requiring things that the National rules don't. And I
can't find anything in my 2005 Solo Rule Book that
covers it. In addition, under "Mandatory Provisions"
(section 1.1, page 12)indicates that Section 3.3
(Vehicle Safety) is a mandatory section. I guess a
Region could add to section 3.3, but it would have to
be a supplemental regulation...
